PROTECTING AMERICA
Radicalized Americans inspired by the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria or Isis, ideology pose a continuing threat to United States. These Americans have gone overseas to join jihadist fronts and seeking training from terrorist groups abroad. Forty-seven were caught and arrested on the way out the country and 64 of them had connected with jihadist groups abroad. Some were arrested abroad, some were killed in suicide bombings and at least two by their terrorist comrades, but many remain at large.
Armed with US passports these radicalized American volunteers can more easily get past security measures to threaten airports or carry out other terrorist operations within the United States. At the Center for Strategic and International Studies and terrorist expert, Tom Sanderson stated to CBS News that it's very hard to tell which Americans who have traveled to Syria will come home and pose a threat on the homeland. According to one US senior official, the US government has intelligence which shows that the number Americans fighting alongside ISIS in Iraq and Syria is over 250 and counting. These radicalized American Isis fighters are prepared to use what they have learned in Syria then come back to the United States to commit attacks on US soil. The United States is now on terrorist terror alert for years to come, whether we want to believe it or not. That’s why it’s very important Homeland Security implement a better monitoring system for Americans traveling abroad. That system is the TAB (Travel Abroad Band). While traveling abroad US citizens are reminded to maintain a high level of vigilance and to take appropriate steps to increase their security awareness. Now with having the Travel Abroad Band as extra security Americans can feel more secure about friends and family members traveling overseas.

Please Note: HOMELAND SECURITY has nothing to do with the TAB Technology. Travel abroad Bands must be mandated and required by Homeland Security for all US citizen traveling abroad to have a registered and active TAB on their wrist. With a high tech command monitoring center in place, Homeland Security can also send travel alerts to each activated TAB (Travel Abroad Band) to disseminate information about short-term or long term conditions either transnational or within a particular country, that pose significant risks to the security of American citizens.
One alert is called, TA2 (Travel Alert 2) Alerting when the U.S. Government's ability to assist American citizens is constrained due to the closure of an embassy or consulate or because of a draw-down of its staff. The second alert is called, TA1 (Travel Alert 1) A more serious alert for natural disasters, terrorist attacks, coups, anniversaries of terrorist events, election-related demonstrations or violence, and high-profile events such as international conferences or regional sports events.
While traveling abroad US citizens are reminded to maintain a high level of vigilance and to take appropriate steps to increase their security awareness. Now with having the Travel Abroad Band as extra security American can feel more secure about friends and family members traveling abroad.
The US government remains concerned about the continued threat of terrorist attacks, demonstrations, and other violent actions against U.S. citizens and interests overseas. Kidnappings and hostage events involving U.S. citizens have become increasingly prevalent with terrorist organizations to help finance their operations.
Before we go any further, please let me first state that the TAB will not stop kidnappings abroad, but it will be able to let TAB holders send immediate danger alerts to Homeland Security, help homeland security to react swiftly to situations, lock in on location and time, check pulse sensor for signs of life, enabled GPS tracking and band removal alert. In addition, Homeland Security can send real time travel alerts to U.S. TAB holders traveling abroad in other counties. The best feature is the immediate alert to Homeland Security if a TAB holder enters into a hot country like Syria.

LIGHT-POWERED BANDS
All Travel Abroad Bands will run on either sunlight or indoor lighting. The light-powered TAB (Travel Abroad Band) will run indefinitely in normal lighting conditions, i.e. sunlight or indoor lighting. The energy it stores up during the day will keep it running throughout the night.
Moreover, the Travel Abroad band will have a low-power indicator light that warns the wearer when the band needs to be recharged. For example, when power is running out, the red power light on the Travel Abroad Band blinks in intervals. The TAB low-power indicator starts blinking when the band has between one and five days' worth of power remaining. Giving the wearer ample time to get the band under a light source. The predicted time will take 3 to 3.5 hours of exposure to bright sunlight to fully recharge the Travel Abroad Band. Indoor lighting takes much longer. For a day's worth of power, you will need only 20 minutes of sunlight. A fully charged TAB will run from 40 days to 5 months.
US government remains concerned about the continued threat of terrorist attacks, demonstrations, and other violent actions against U.S. citizens and interests overseas. Kidnappings and hostage events involving U.S. citizens have become increasingly prevalent with terrorist organizations to help finance their operations.
The TAB objectives:
For Homeland Security TAB command center to receive real time red flag alerts, on any US citizens traveling in hot counties like, Syria. If the individual wearing the TAB cross over into a hot location or country, Homeland Security will immediately be alerted and red flag that individual.
If the Travel Abroad Band is removed for any reason while abroad, it will immediately lock in location and time while alerting Homeland Security on the individual breach of Travel Band. That individual will be flagged.
The TAB will be equipped with pulse sensor detection, in which Homeland Security can determine signs of life.
The bar-code identification can be used to confirm original owner of band.
The TAB is only activated 2 days prior to traveling abroad. Once back in the United States the TAB can be disengaged. Travelers are responsible for the purchase of the band and the monthly activation fee of the TAB, but only paying for the months needed for travel. Fees and sales from the TAB (Travel Abroad Band) will help finance the Homeland Security TAB Centers and employees. Once the TAB is placed on the wrist prior to traveling abroad it cannot be removed or disengaged until returning back on American soil.
LAST THING TO NOTE:
Like with everything else, different opinions about the Travel Abroad Band will become an issue like privacy violations, but if we allow personal feelings of some individuals get in front of this nation safety, in light of many terrorist threats, kidnappings, murdered U.S. citizens by terrorist groups and the awful reality that radicalized Americans are joining these extremist groups to do harm against the United States, then all we can do is pray.
The TAB has not been developed yet. The pictures you see of the TAB are Photoshop pictures from the internet, We are seeking support to produce a prototype of the TAB to present to Homeland Security. Join us to help protect American and support TAB for America at:
